Private Expedition Yacht · Raja Ampat · The Coral Triangle
Unhurried days.
One archipelago. Entirely yours.
A fully private phinisi charter through Raja Ampat — leisurely by design, with serious diving at Cape Kri and Misool for guests who want to log it.
The vessel
Mischief — built to explore, made for gathering
The same 25-metre custom wooden phinisi that sails Komodo carries you through Raja Ampat's outer reefs from November — three cabins for up to 8 guests, and a crew who know both ends of this archipelago.
Accommodation
Three cabins, designed for rest
Every cabin is climate-controlled with an en-suite bathroom. All bedding, towels, and amenities provided.
Komodo Suite
Upper deck, panoramic sea and island views. King bed, a separate living area with sofa, private top lounge, en-suite bathroom.
Sumba Cabin
Main deck, breathtaking water and island views. King-size bed, writing desk, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Banda Cabin
Configured as a spacious double or two twins with a stylish partition for privacy. Writing desk and large en-suite bathroom.
Where you'll sail
Five places, one archipelago
Raja Ampat isn't one dive site — it's a scattered kingdom of limestone and reef. This is the ground the charter covers. Wayag is currently closed and is not included in the route.
The Otium charter style
This is a leisure charter first — unhurried island time, snorkeling, kayaking, and shore excursions set at your pace. Private diving is arranged by request with our dive guide for guests who want to log Cape Kri or Misool's reefs.
The iconic viewpoint
A short, steep climb to the panorama every Raja Ampat photo you've seen was taken from. Snorkel the lagoon below before or after.
Underwater wonderland
374 fish species logged in a single dive by marine biologist Gerry Allen in 2001 — still the record. Grey reef sharks and Napoleon wrasse patrol a steady drift wall; available as a private dive by request, best suited to intermediate and advanced divers.
The heart of Raja Ampat
Dramatic limestone cliffs and the reef-shaped Heart Reef. Snorkeling, kayaking, and island hopping through hidden lagoons — with private diving available by request.
Jungle river retreat
A trek through jungle trails to a river so clear it looks unreal. A quieter, land-based counterpoint to the reef days.
Cultural exploration
Village visits, Birds of Paradise, and waterfalls — Papuan culture and unspoiled land woven between the leisure days.
The Otium session
8 days, 7 nights — and no two are the same
Every charter is routed around your group: which of these five places, in what order, with how much time at anchor doing nothing at all. We'll build your day-by-day plan once we know your dates and pace — not before.
